Job Description

Manufacturing of Machinery and Equipment
Mechanical Design, Equipment Assembly and Adjustment, Quality Control, and Production Management
(Even inexperienced individuals can learn at their own pace by following easy-to-understand manuals created by our employees.)

Salary (Full-time Employee

Basic Salary:184,000 yen
Job Allowance:20,000 yen to 180,000 yen
Adjustment Allowance:20,000 yen to 50,000 yen

Other Allowances

Transportation Expenses, Overtime Pay, Professional Salary, Family Allowance, Bonus, Special Bonus

Holiday

2 days off per week
Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations (110 days off per year), annual paid leave Maternity leave before and after childbirth/childcare leave
※Both men and women have taken childcare leave.

Work Hours

8:30 – 17:30 (70-minute break)
(Including morning meeting, skill training, radio calisthenics, etc.)

We are working to reduce overtime hours. Although there are some exceptions, such as when we have to deal with a situation on that day, we make an application and then go to work, but basically, our work is designed so that there is no overtime.

Contract employees and part-timers can work within the prescribed working hours.  (e.g., 3 days off per week, working only in the afternoon, etc.)
